What does a Lifeline intern do?
In the morning, interns are paraprofessionals in an Elkhart elementary school or with our high school job training teams. Their main role is as a counselor for Lifeline's After-School Clubs in the afternoons.

After serving in the schools or working with our job training programs, all interns are assigned an age group to work with in after-school clubs.
This is the main focus of our ministry where you will really get to pour into kids and share Jesus!

Sample Schedule if you
work with Elementary!
9:00 - Serve at your assigned school
as a paraprofessional
12:50 - Break until clubs!
2:15 - Go to The Hub for Lifeline
After-School Clubs
2:30 - Meet up with your students
2:30 - Lesson + Small Group Time
3:00 - Gym or Outdoor Time
3:30 - Snack + Tutoring
4:00 - Lego or Board Game room
4:30 - Dismissal
