Executive Director
Darrell has been the Executive Director at Lifeline since 2009! He loves to see lives transformed through the ministry and students gaining hope for their future.
DAVID GAONA
Assistant Executive Director
David is the Assistant Executive Director at Lifeline. He feels privileged that he is able to help provide a safe, loving place for students to be themselves. He has been part of the Lifeline family since 2017!
DIANE MILLER
Operations Manager
Diane has been volunteering in our after-school clubs with our Middle and High School girls for quite some time now. She joined Lifeline staff as Operations Manager in fall of 2024! We are so thankful for her as she does so much behind the scenes!
OLIVIA HART
Administrative Assitant
Olivia first joined us during our early days as a volunteer in our summer camp, she then returned as an intern, and now has rejoined our team as our administrative assistant!

TODRIYANA COLEMAN
Middle- Highschool Girl's Club & Athletics Director
Todriyana started at Lifeline as a middle school student. Over time, she became a Junior Camp Counselor, Lifeline Counselor, and then intern. She is now serving as the Girls Club Director for both middle school and high school girls, and has also taken on the role of Athletics Director.
DOMONEKE MITCHELL
Middle- Highschool Boy's Club Director
Dom joined our team in the spring of 2024 and has now taken on the role of Boys Club Director! We are thankful for his leadership and his intentionality with our High School and Middle School students.
SHAKWON TAYLOR
Court Services Director
Shakwon joined our team in the summer of 2025 and has now joined our team as our Court Services Director, serving in our JDC (Juvenile Detention Program) transforming lives!
MURIEL VALLE
Media Director
Muriel joined our team in the spring of 2024 as an intern from Word of Life and is now our Media Director! She is passionate about the creative work she does and hopes God is glorified through her gift!

Robbie joined us in the fall of 2024 with his wife and took on the role as the Director of the Silk Screening and Embroidery business.

Mark first joined our team in the fall of 2023 as a Word of Life Intern! Since then, he has served consistently in different areas of Lifeline! He currently serves in the apparel business and enjoys it!

Elvis has been a part of our Lifeline family for years. First, as a Lifeline student, then as a JCC in the summer of 2025, and now he has joined our team as an Intern as a 6th grade leader! We are so excited to see what this year brings for him.

Shane joined our team in the fall of 2024! Shane leads our construction program with vocational training and disciples our high school students. Most importantly, he is a hardworking leader in our team!
