Darrell has been the Executive Director at Lifeline since 2009. He loves to see lives transformed through the ministry and students gaining hope for their future.

David is the Senior Program Director at Lifeline. He feels privileged that he is able to help provide a safe, loving place for students to be themselves. He has been a part of our team since 2017!

Tyler has been working with Lifeline since 2018. He is on staff this year as our athletic director!

Todriyana started at Lifeline as a student in Middle School. She later become a Junior Camp Counselor, a Lifeline Counselor, an intern, and now staff! She is the Girls Club Director, working with both Middle School and High School girls.

After spending the summer as a camp counselor in 2022, Noah Rose officially joined the Lifeline family as Media and Arts Director. She loves using her gifts to serve and getting to know the students and teachers!

Kaylyn started at Lifeline as a intern from Word of Life Bible Institute in fall of 2022. She has since joined staff as our administrative assistant and also works with High School and Middle School girls!

Jesse has been working with Lifeline since fall of 2022. He began as a Lifeline Intern through Word of Life Bible Institute but has quickly grown his skills and has taken on the role of the Boys Club Director. Jesse works with both Middle School and High School boys, loving that he can grow alongside them as their encourager and mentor.

Sam is our Elementary Program Director at Concord West Side Elementary as well as on staff in Lifeline after-school programs. He joined Lifeline in fall of 2022 as an intern from Word of Life Bible Institute and has since joined our team!

Lisa works at Concord West Side Elementary as well as on staff in Lifeline after-school elementary and Middle School / High School programs. She joined our team summer of 2023 as a Camp Counselor and is now on staff as Court Services Director, working closely with the Juvenile Detention Center!

Caleb started at Lifeline as an intern from Word of Life Bible Institute and quickly moved up into leading the embroidery / screen printing business!

Doug has been the lead instructor in the construction program for over 3 years. He has is definitely a “jack of all trades” and can do just about anything in construction. He works with our high school students and loves seeing them apply what they have learned as they work in the trades. Jubae has called Doug a father figure in his life and credited him as a key to his spiritual growth.

Melissa joined our team in fall of 2022 and has been with us since! She is a paraprofessional at Mary Beck Elementary and also works in our after-school clubs.

Jorge Saavedra started at Lifeline as a Summer Camp counselor 2021. He now works full-time in our Elementary after-school programs and in Roosevelt STEAM Academy.

Olivia started as a Summer Camp intern in 2022 and now works part-time in our Elementary after-school programs!
